March sees the beginning of the golf season with 3 winter medals to get you back into the swing after the cold winter. The green-keepers have been working hard and the course is in excellent condition. All members are welcome, and positively encouraged to play in the medals.
To enter a competition, simply add your name to the sheet pinned to the noticeboard in the gent's locker room and also enter using the Scottish Golf App (find out how here). You can do this on the day. If you don't have a playing partner but would like to enter, simply email Bob at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can set you up.
The cost to enter a medal is a whopping £1 and there is a cash prize available for the winner. There is also the "Magic Two's" competition which costs £1 to enter. To win the Magic Two pot, you simply have to score a gross 2 on any hole ( a birdie on a par 3 or an eagle on a par 4) and you share the pot with any other entrants who were also fortunate enough to score a 2.
