Terms and Conditions for Bookings

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY FOR ALL BOOKINGS AND IN MAKING A BOOKING YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE.  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

 

Payment

To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.  Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

You can cancel your booking/obtain a refund by contacting by the club secretary by emaiL at secretary@aberfoylegolf.co.uk.  Please quote your unique reference number on the email.

If you cancel your booking more than one week before your date of play, there will be no further charge made to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking within one week of your date of play, there will be a charge made to your credit/debit card that will total 25% of your booking.

Please allow 28 days for refunds to be processed and money to be returned.

OPEN COMPETITIONS: If you cancel your booking less than one month before your date of play, you will lose your entry fee.

 

Failure to Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), please contact the course for a refund.

Booking Transferable

The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Handicaps

This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 54 or less of any gender under the new World Handicap System.  If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. In that case enter "None" under handicap and, if necessary, home club.

Dress Code

Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress both within the clubhouse and on the course. However, denim jeans (acceptable in Clubhouse), sports shorts, collarless shirts, shell suits and track suit bottoms are not considered appropriate forms of dress. Footwear - shoes or sandals - should be worn within the clubhouse but not spiked shoes or trainers.

Spikes

Soft spikes are preferred on the course.
